摘要
针对闸底板脱空区软基回填灌浆质量检测问题,文章综述了现有规范中回填灌浆质量检测的相关规定,总结了常规检测方法研究进展及其适用性,并以新金清闸闸底板脱空区回填灌浆质量检测为例,通过开展微创可视钻芯、注水、土体含水量、孔内渗水上升速率以及轻型动力触探试验,最终提出采用以微创可视钻芯法判定为主,辅以孔内渗水上升速率≤6.50 cm/min的回填灌浆质量检测方法。
In view of the quality inspection of backfill grouting in soft foundation in the void area of sluice floor,the relevant regulations of backfill grouting quality inspection in existing specifications is summarized in this paper,and the research progress and applicability of conventional inspection methods are also summarized.Taking the backfill grouting quality inspection of the floor empty area of Xinjinqing Sluice as an example,the minimally invasive visual core drilling,water injection,soil moisture content,pore water seepage rising rate and light dynamic penetration tests are carried out.Finally,the method of backfill grouting quality detection based on minimally invasive visual drilling core method is proposed,supplemented by the backfill grouting quality detection method with the increase rate of water seepage in the hole of 6.50 cm/min.
