大功率发动机缸盖螺栓设计匹配技术研究

摘要 针对大功率发动机某个缸盖螺栓需要单独设计匹配问题,采用单独的螺栓仿真模型对比计算来优化结构,得到刚度一致的单配螺栓,将其装配到缸盖螺栓总成中并进行计算分析,最终进行了螺栓伸长量的测量与试验验证。结果表明,通过单独螺栓模型的对比优化计算可以得到刚度一致的单配螺栓;螺栓总成分析中单配螺栓的伸长量与单独螺栓模型分析结果相差1.1%,单配螺栓与原始螺栓伸长量差异在0.5%以内;在预紧力和燃烧暴压工作下,单配螺栓与原始螺栓伸长量增加值差异在3.0%以内,应力增加值差异更小,在1.0%以内。该研究可以为单配螺栓的设计提供参考。 In view of the problem that a cylinder head bolt needs to be designed and matched separately in a high-power engine,a single bolt simulation model is adopted to optimize the structure,and a individual matching bolt with the same stiffness compared with other bolts is obtained,which is assembled into the cylinder head bolt assembly for calculation and analysis.Finally,the bolt elongation is measured and verified by test.The results show that the individual matching bolt with the same stiffness can be obtained by the comparison and optimal calculation of the single bolt model.In bolt assembly analysis,the elongation of individual matching bolt differs 1.1%from the calculation of single bolt model,and the difference between individual matching bolt and original bolts is within 0.5%.In the case of pre-tightening force and combustion burst pressure,the value added difference of bolt elongation between individual matching bolt and original bolt is less than 3%,and the value added difference of stress is less than 1%.The results provide reference for the design and computing method of individual matching bolt in the future.
