摘要
推拿实训教学作为推拿学科重要的人才培养方式,目前存在中医学生学习热情不高、教学模式单一、缺乏临床操作评估方式等问题;文章提出通过借鉴“双基一功”模式、采取“授受结合”教学模式、运用“情景模拟”考核模式等3种措施,辅助学生有效掌握推拿手法。旨在发挥推拿学科实践特色,提高中医学子对推拿手法的掌握程度,助力推拿学科更好的发展。
As an important way to cultivate skilled person in the discipline of tuina,practical teaching of tuina currently has some problems,such as Chinese medicine students'low enthusiasm for learning,single teaching mode,and lacking of evaluation method about clinical operation.This paper puts forward three measures to help students to master tuina effectively,such as drawing lessons from the model of"two projects and qigon",adopting the teaching model of"combination of teaching and feeling",and using the assessment model of"situation simulation".The aim is to give full play to the practical characteristics of the discipline of tuina,improve the degree of Chinese medicine students'mastery of the manipulation of tuina,and facilitate the better development of the discipline of tuina.
