摘要 加强本科教育,全面提升人才培养质量,是我国高等教育改革的首要任务。血液学检验作为医学检验技术专业必修主干课程,其综合性和实践性较强,是医学检验专业岗位能力尤其是血细胞形态识别能力培养的重要学科。血液学检验教学引入PDCA循环质量管理模式,围绕激发学生学习兴趣和潜能,以“典型临床案例为载体,现代信息技术为手段”对课程内容、教学方法、评价方式进行优化改革,实现“知识自主摄取内化,能力全面培养延伸,质量多元评价改进”课程改革理念,嵌入思政元素。师生通力合作综合提升教学质量及教学效果。 It is the primary task of China's higher education reform to strengthen undergraduate education and comprehensively improve the quality of personnel training.Hematology examination,as the main course of medical laboratory technology specialty,has strong comprehensiveness and practicality.It is an important subject to cultivate the post ability of medical laboratory specialty,especially the ability of blood cell morphology recognition.The PDCA cycle quality management mode was introduced into hematology examination teaching.In order to stimulate students'learning interest and potential,we take"typical clinical cases as the carrier and modern information technology as the means"to optimize the course content,teaching methods and evaluation methods.Through the curriculum reform,the teaching concept of"self-ingestion and internalization of knowledge,comprehensive training and extension of ability,and improvement of multiple quality evaluation"is realized.The ideological and political education elements are integrated into the course teaching process.Teachers and students work together to improve teaching quality and teaching effect.
