摘要 针对地铁盾构施工风险评价指标体系可靠性不足、评价结果精确度不高等问题,提出改进的物元可拓评价模型,以期对地铁盾构施工风险进行科学有效的评价。首先,运用主成分分析法对风险因素集进行降维处理,从人员管理、施工技术、机械材料和环境四方面,建立了地铁盾构施工风险评价指标体系;其次,综合考虑准则权重和次序权重,结合OWA算子和简单关联函数法确定地铁盾构施工风险评价指标的权重;然后,考虑风险因子量化的模糊性,引入三角模糊数,基于物元可拓评价方法构建地铁盾构施工风险评价模型;最后,对青岛地铁1号线安安区间应用所建模型进行案例分析,结果表明,风险评价等级为“低风险”。其中,技术风险和环境风险所属风险等级相对较高,该项目盾构施工时应重点监测水位变动等地质环境,并严格做好密封防水等施工技术工作。 Aiming at the problems of insufficient reliability of metro shield construction risk evaluation index system and low accuracy of evaluation results,an improved evaluation model based on matterelement extension method is proposed to perform scientific and effective metro shield construction risk evaluation.Firstly,the dimension of risk factor set is reduced by the method of main component analysis,and a metro shield construction risk evaluation index system is constructed from four aspects of personnel management,construction technology,mechanical materials and environment.Secondly,considering the criterion weight and order weight,the weight of risk index is determined in combination with OWA operator and simple correlation function method.Then considering the fuzziness of the quantification of risk factor,triangular fuzzy number is introduced to construct the construction risk evaluation model based on matter-element extension evaluation method.Finally,the model is applied to evaluate the shield construction risk of the An-An Section of Qingdao Metro Line 1.The results show that the general risk assessment level is“low risk”.Among them,technical risk and environmental risk are relatively high.During the shield construction period of this project,geological environments,such as water level fluctuation,should be monitored,and construction techniques such as sealing and waterproofing should be strictly performed.
