摘要
[目的/意义]专业认证是新时代高校专业建设和专业发展的新探索,是提高高校专业建设水平和人才培养质量的重要手段。高校图书馆员服务赋能是支持学校专业认证的重要保障。[方法/过程]通过文献调研和工作案例分析,提出馆员服务赋能的内涵主要包括四个方面,即赋予馆员专业服务能力,为专业认证提供服务支持;提升馆员学习分析能力,为专业认证提供数据支撑;拓展馆员教育培训能力,发挥图书馆“第二课堂”功能;提高馆员团结协作能力,为专业认证提升服务品质和效能。[结果/结论]馆员服务赋能可以提升图书馆的服务品质和效能,有助于学校教学和科研的发展,有益于学生自主学习能力、社会责任感、职业能力的培养,提高学校专业认证的核心竞争力。
[Purpose/significance]Professional accreditation is a new exploration of specialty construction and development in universities of the new era.It is also an important tool to improve the level of specialty construction and the quality of personnel training.Librarian’s services empowerment is an important guarantee to support professional accreditation of universities.[Method/process]Through literature research and case analysis,this paper finds out that the connotation of Librarian’s service empowerment mainly includes four aspects,which are giving librarians professional service ability to provide service support for professional certification;improving librarians’learning and analysis ability to provide data support for professional certification;expanding librarians’education and training ability to perform the library’s“second classroom”function;improving librarians’ability of unity and cooperation to improve service quality and efficiency for professional certification.[Result/conclusion]Librarian’s services empowerment can improve the quality and efficiency of library services,contribute to the development of universities teaching and scientific research,help students to cultivate self-learning,social responsibility and professional ability,and improve the core competitiveness of universities professional accreditation.
