悬臂掘进机在泥质砂岩隧道中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 基于监测数据,研究不同开挖工法在泥质砂岩隧道中适用性;对比分析不同开挖工法在隧道超欠挖控制中的效果,确定泥质砂岩隧道掘进方案。结论表明,悬臂掘进机适用于泥质砂岩隧道施工,掘进效果优于钻爆法和传统机械法,平均超挖量减少了57.9%。悬臂掘进机作为先进的非钻爆法施工方案,在隧道工中具有广阔的应用前景。 Based on the monitoring data,the applicability of different excavation methods in argillaceous sandstone tunnels is studied;the effects of different excavation methods in the control of tunnel over-excavation and under-excavation are compared and analyzed,and the excavation plan of argillaceous sandstone tunnels is determined.The conclusion shows that the cantilever roadheader is suitable for construction of argillaceous sandstone tunnels,and driving effect is better than drilling and blasting method and traditional mechanical method,and the average over-excavation amount is reduced by 57.9%.As an advanced non-drilling and blasting construction scheme,the cantilever roadheader has broad application prospects in tunneling.
