矩形开孔对电缆排管工井顶板受力的影响

摘要 根据电缆的敷设和检修要求,采用排管敷设的电缆通道,每隔一定的距离就设置1座满足投料和进人检修的工井,工井的顶板常常需要开设尺寸、形状和部位各异的孔口。在分析排管工井常见孔口参数的基础上,通过有限元软件分析开孔对顶板受力的影响规律,结果显示,开孔会导致单向受力顶板的内力显著增大,但开孔的具体位置对内力的影响又较小,孔口可根据实际需求灵活布置。 According to the cable laying and maintenance requirements,the cable channel laid by pipes must be installed at a certain distance to meet the requirements of feeding and entering the maintenance of a well.The roof of the well often needs to be provided with different orifices in different sizes,shapes and positions.Based on analysis on the common orifice parameters of the pipe worker wells,through the finite element analysis,the influence of the opening on the top plate force is analyzed,and the results show that the opening can cause internal force of the unidirectionally stressed roof to increase significantly,but specific position of the opening has less influence on internal force,and the orifices can be flexibly arranged according to actual needs.
