摘要
橡胶沥青具有良好的路用性能,在高等级路面中被广泛应用,但其黏度大及施工温度高易导致环境污染。选用常见的有机蜡类(RH、Sasobit)、沸石类(Aspha-Min)、表面活性剂类(Evotherm)、稀释类(芳烃油、煤油)等6种温拌剂展开研究,通过对6种温拌橡胶沥青进行黏度试验、高低温性能试验及弹性恢复试验得出,RH、Evotherm两种温拌橡胶沥青综合性能较好。通过对RH、Evotherm温拌橡胶沥青及SBS改性沥青超薄磨耗层进行抗滑、排水及层间抗剪性能研究得出,Evotherm温拌橡胶沥青混合料抗滑、排水性能优于SBS改性沥青混合料及RH温拌橡胶沥青混合料,而层间抗剪与SBS改性沥青混合料相差不大,综合考虑选用Evotherm温拌剂应用于橡胶沥青超薄磨耗层。
Rubber asphalt has good road performance and is widely used in high-class road pavements,but its high viscosity and high construction temperature can easily lead to environmental pollution.In this paper,six kinds of warm mixing agents,including common organic waxes(RH,Sasobit),zeolites(Aspha-min),surfactants(Evotherm),and diluents(aromatic oil,kerosene),are selected to carry out studies.The six types of warm-mix rubber asphalt are subjected to viscosity test,high and low temperature performance test and elastic recovery test.It is concluded that RH and Evotherm two kinds of warm-mix rubber asphalt have better comprehensive performance.The skidding resistance,drainage and interlayer shear performance of RH,Evotherm warm-mix rubber asphalt and SBS modified asphalt ultrathin wear layer are studied.It is found that the anti-skid and drainage performance of Evotherm warm-mix rubber asphalt mixture is better than SBS modified.Asphalt and RH warm-mix rubber asphalt,but the inter-layer shear resistance is not much different from SBS modified asphalt.It is recommended after comprehensive consideration to select Evotherm warm-mixing agent for rubber asphalt ultra-thin wear layer.
