脱硫工艺对胶粉改性沥青路用性能影响研究 被引量:6

Effect of Desulfurization Process on Pavement Performance of Crumb Rubber Modified Asphalt

摘要 采用机械力化学法对橡胶粉进行脱硫处理,制备脱硫胶粉改性沥青并测试其基础性能指标,研究脱硫工艺对胶粉改性沥青路用性能及微观结构的影响。结果表明:将胶粉与脱硫助剂混炼后,可以降低胶粉改性沥青的黏度;胶粉与活化剂8501及再生剂RVS混炼还可以改善胶粉改性沥青的储存稳定性;基于胶粉改性沥青路用性能指标,优选出活化剂8501的脱硫工艺为活化剂掺量3%,混炼温度160℃,混炼时间30min。微观试验结果表明,胶粉对沥青的改性主要以物理改性为主。胶粉经脱硫处理后具有明显的颗粒核心,而且其表面粗糙程度明显增加,与沥青的相容性优于未处理的胶粉。 In this paper,rubber powder is desulfurized by mechano-chemical method to prepare desulfurized rubber powder modified asphalt,and its basic performance indexes are tested so as to study the influence of desulfurization process on the pavement performance and microstructure of rubber powder modified asphalt.The results show that the viscosity of crumb rubber modified asphalt can be reduced by mixing crumb rubber with desulfurizer.The mixing of crumb rubber with activator 8501 and regeneration agent RVs can also improve the storage stability of crumb rubber modified asphalt.Based on the road performance index of crumb rubber modified asphalt,the desulfurization process of activator 8501 is optimized as follows:the dosage of activator is 3%,the mixing temperature is 160℃,and the mixing time is 30 min.The micro test results show that physical modification is the main way to modify asphalt.After desulfurization treatment,the rubber powder has obvious particle core,and its surface roughness increases significantly,and its compatibility with asphalt is better than that of untreated rubber powder.
