栗木单宁对凡纳滨对虾生长、消化酶、血清抗氧化及肠道菌群的影响 被引量:7

Effect of chestnut tannins on growth performance,digestive enzyme,antioxidase and intestinal microflora in Litopenaeus vannamei

摘要 试验研究栗木单宁对凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)生长、消化酶、血清抗氧化及肠道菌群的影响。选取360尾初始体质量约为(0.76±0.01) g的凡纳滨对虾,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复30尾。各试验组分别饲喂添加含有0、300、600和900 mg/kg栗木单宁的饵料。试验期50 d。结果表明,饵料中添加不同梯度的栗木单宁对凡纳滨对虾生长性能及消化道酶活均无显著影响(P>0.05),但TA300组凡纳滨对虾表现出较好的生长效果;与TA900组相比,TA300、TA600组虾体粗脂肪含量均显著提高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,TA600、TA900组对虾的血清碱性磷酸酶、酸性磷酸酶及过氧化氢酶活性显著降低(P<0.05);TA300组ACE指数显著高于TA600组(P<0.05);随栗木单宁添加量升高,变形菌门比例逐步降低,拟杆菌门比例逐步增加。研表明,饲料中添加300、600、900 mg/kg栗木单宁对凡纳滨对虾的生长性能和消化酶活无显著的影响,对肠道菌群的变形菌门比例有降低作用。 The experiment studied the effect of chestnut tannins on growth performance, digestive enzymes, antioxidase and intestinal microflora in Litopenaeus vannamei. 360 juvenile Litopenaeus vannamei with an average body weight of(0.76±0.01) g were selected and randomly divided into four groups, with three replicates in each group and 30 Litopenaeus vannamei in each replicate. The Litopenaeus vannamei were supplemented with 0, 300, 600, 900 mg/kg chestnut tannins in bait. The experiment lasted for 50 d. The results showed that the addition of chestnut tannins with different gradients had no significant effect on growth performance and digestive tract enzyme activity of Litopenaeus vannamei(P>0.05), but TA300 group showed the better growth effect. Compared with TA900 group, the crude lipid in TA300 group and TA900 group were significantly increased(P<0.05). Compared with control group, the serum alkaline phosphatase, acid phosphatase and catalase in TA300 group and TA600 group were significantly decreased(P<0.05). The ACE index in TA300 group was significantly higher than TA600 group(P<0.05). With the addition of chestnut tannins,the proportion of Proteobacteria decreased and the Bacteroidota increased. The experiment indicates that dietary supplementation of 300, 600 and 900 mg/kg chestnut tannin has no significant effect on growth performance and digestive enzyme activities of Litopenaeus vannamei, but reduces the proportion of proteobacteria in intestinal flora.
