萃取精馏分离乙醇-异丙醇体系的实验研究

摘要 为了实现乙醇和异丙醇废液中乙醇和异丙醇的回收再利用,对乙醇和异丙醇混合液进行了间歇萃取精馏实验,以甘油、乙二醇及甘油和乙二醇的混合液为萃取剂,对溶剂比和回流比等条件进行了实验研究。发现甘油为萃取剂时,分离效果最好;固定溶剂比不变,回流比增大,分离效果越好;当回流比不变时,溶剂比越大,分离效果越好。 In order to realize the recovery and reuse of ethanol and isopropanol in the waste liquid of ethanol and isopropanol,a batch extractive distillation experiment was carried out on the mixture of ethanol and isopropanol.The alcohol mixture is used as the extractant,and the conditions of solvent ratio and reflux ratio have been experimentally studied.It is found that when glycerol is used as an extractant,the separation effect is the best;the fixed solvent ratio is unchanged,and the reflux ratio increases,and the separation effect is better;when the reflux ratio is constant,as the solvent ratio increases,the separation effect is better.
