北京市“一村一品”发展空间差异研究

摘要 "一村一品"是推进乡村特色产业发展的重要手段。利用2017—2018年北京市"一村一品"专业村监测数据,从营销发展、质量发展、经济发展3个方面选择指标,构建北京市"一村一品"发展质量评价体系。采用熵值法确定指标权重,通过加权的方法计算每个专业村发展得分和目标值;分别从行政区划、地形区等角度分析各区"一村一品"发展质量得分和山区、平原区得分及协调目标值,并对其发展差异进行分析。结果显示,各区"一村一品"质量发展得分均低于60分;平原区"一村一品"质量发展得分为平均为39.13,高于山区与浅山区;标准差为1.51,小于山区与浅山区,其发展水平相对较高且比较平衡。整体来看,北京市"一村一品"专业村整体发展水平有待提高,下一步需要着重优化结构,加强政策扶持,因地制宜寻找适合的发展模式。 "One Village,One Product"is an important means to promote the development of rural characteristic industries.Using the monitoring data of"One Village,One Product"professional village during2017-2018 in Beijing,selecting indicators from three aspects of marketing development,quality development,and economic development,a development quality evaluation system of Beijing"One Village,One Product"was built.The entropy method was used to determine the index weight,and the weighted method was used to calculate the development score and target value of each specialized village.From the perspectives of administrative divisions and topographical areas,the development quality scores of"One Village,One Product"in each district and the scores and ideal values of mountainous and plain areas were analyzed,and their development differences were analyzed.The results showed that the quality development scores of"One Village,One Product"in each district are all lower than 60 points,the average quality development score of"One Village,One Product"in the plain area is 39.13,which is higher than that of mountainous and shallow mountainous areas;the standard deviation is 1.51,it is smaller than that of mountainous and shallow mountainous areas,and its development level is relatively high and balanced.On the whole,the overall development level of Beijing’s"One Village,One Product"specialized village needs to be improved,the next step is to focus on optimizing the structure,strengthening policy support,and finding a suitable development model based on local conditions.
