摘要
高校瑜伽教学随着瑜伽的不断普及而得到越来越多的关注,瑜伽教学方法及效果的提升尤为重要。近年来,多媒体技术发展迅速,在各行各业都有着广泛的应用。该文分析了多媒体技术在高校瑜伽教学中的应用,指出了多媒体技术与瑜伽教学的结合点,如线上教学、多媒体音乐和多媒体录像及视频等,以期为多媒体技术在高校瑜伽教学中的有效运用提供助益。
With the continuous popularization of yoga,yoga teaching in colleges and universities has attracted more and more attention.It is particularly important to improve the teaching methods and effects of yoga.In recent years,multimedia technology has developed rapidly and has been widely used in all regions.This paper analyzes the applications of multimedia technology in college yoga teaching,and points out the joint points of multimedia technology and yoga teaching,such as online teaching,multimedia music,multimedia video,so as to benefit the effective applications of multimedia technology in college yoga teaching.
