准确的光坯布报价定额是成衣报价的基本核算依据。文中从报价规格、幅宽、段长、段数、段耗等方面分析影响光坯布报价定额准确性的因素。计算报价时注意分类计算,不可遗漏,将款式图与尺寸表结合起来,为针织成衣订单企业计算出准确的光坯布报价定额提供参考。
Accurate grey fabric quotation is the basic accounting basis of ready-to-wear quotation. This paper analyzes the factors that affect the accuracy of the grey fabric quotation including the quotation size, width,segment length, segment number and loss. When calculating the quotation, it should be paid attention to the calculation in classification with nothing left out, and the design drawing should be combined with size specification, which provides a reference for knitting ready-to-wear order enterprises to calculate the accurate grey fabric quotation.
