摘要 数控机床被应用于各类生产制造企业中,数控机床的高效顺利运转,能够帮助企业获得更多的经济效益,对于企业的发展意义重大。但是由于数控机床种类较多、结构复杂,构造十分精密,涉及到的零部件很多,一旦出现故障,就会降低生产加工环节的工作效率,进而给企业带来负面影响。为确保数控机床设备的顺利运转,就必须要熟知常见故障,加强维修保养,由此降低数控机床故障发生率,最终推动企业的持续化发展。 CNC machine tools are used in various manufacturing enterprises.The efficient and smooth operation of CNC machine tools can help enterprises obtain more economic benefits,which is of great significance to the development of enterprises.However,due to the wide variety of CNC machine tools,complex structures,and very sophisticated structures,many parts are involved.Once a failure occurs,the work efficiency of the production and processing links will be reduced,which in turn will have a negative impact on the enterprise.In order to ensure the smooth operation of CNC machine tools,it is necessary to be familiar with common faults and strengthen maintenance,thereby reducing the incidence of CNC machine tool failures and ultimately promoting the sustainable development of the enterprise.
