改性水滑石功能材料的结构与催化特性研究

摘要 文章采用共沉淀的方法制备了稀土金属改性的水滑石功能材料,利用X射线衍射(XRD)、ICP-AES和BET等手段对其进行了表征,并研究了其对乙醇水蒸气重整制氢反应的影响。研究结果表明:镧的掺杂对水滑石功能材料的结构没有影响,镧会进入到镍镁固溶晶格当中,增大水滑石功能材料的比表面积;当反应温度为700℃,反应7 h后,乙醇完全转化,改性的水滑石功能材料具有优良的氢气选择性;在所有水滑石功能材料中,少量镧掺杂的水滑石功能材料的催化活性、抗烧结性能和抗积碳性能均最佳。 In this paper,rare earth metal modified functional materials were prepared by coprecipitation method.Catalytic performance of materials for hydrogen production from ethanol steam reforming were investigated.Materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),ICPAES,BET and TPO.The results indicated lanthanum doping had no effect on the structure of hydrotalcite functional materials.Lanthanum entered into the nickel magnesium solid solution lattice and increased the specific surface area of hydrotalcite functional materials.When the reaction temperature was 700℃,ethanol was completely converted after 7 h and the modified hydrotalcite functional materials had excellent the selectivity of hydrogen.Among all the materials,the material doped with a small amount of lanthanum had the best catalytic activity,anti-sintering performance and carbon deposition inhibition.
