摘要
目的研究未分化型与偏执型精神分裂症患者尿AD7c-NTP浓度变化及其临床意义。方法以2019年8月至2020年6月由本院收治确诊的精神分裂症患者中随机抽样37例未分化型和42例偏执型患者作为研究群体,同一时期选用40例非精神分裂症健康人群作为本次研究的对照组,分别收集这3组人口学资料,并评估其认知水平,通过测定未分化组、偏执组以及对照组中尿AD7c-NTP的浓度,分析比较尿液样本中AD7c-NTP浓度变化,经Pearson分析其尿液AD7c-NTP浓度变化与人口学资料及认知水平的相关性。结果经F检验表明,未分化组、偏执组以及对照组尿液中AD7c-NTP浓度变化比较差异有统计学意义(F=12.940,P<0.05);经t检验,未分化组、偏执组尿液中AD7c-NTP浓度变化都高于对照组,且未分化组较偏执组更高(P<0.05);经Pearson分析,年龄、病程与尿液中AD7c-NTP浓度变化呈轻度正相关(r=0.32、0.35,P<0.05),MMSE评分及MoCA评分则呈轻度负相关(r=-0.34、0.33,P<0.05)。结论未分化型与偏执型精神分裂症患者尿液中AD7c-NTP浓度变化存在差异,其中病程、年龄、MMSE评分及MoCA评分为尿AD7c-NTP浓度变化的影响因素,因此尿液中AD7c-NTP浓度有望成为不同分型精神分裂症患者认知水平缺陷预测指标。
Objective To investigate the concentration changes of urinary AD7c-NTP in patients with undifferentiated and paranoid schizophrenia and their clinical significance.Methods Randomly select 37 undifferentiated and 42 paranoid patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to June 2020 as the research subjects,and select 40 non-schizophrenia healthy subjects as the control group during the same period.Demographic data of the three groups were collected,and their cognitive level was assessed.The concentration of AD7c-NTP in urine samples was analyzed and compared by measuring the concentration of AD7c-NTP in undifferentiated group,paranoid group and control group.The correlation between urine AD7c-NTP concentration change and demographic data and cognitive level was analyzed by Pearson.Results After F test,the concentration of AD7c-NTP in urine of undifferentiated group,paranoid group and control group was significantly different(F=12.940,P<0.05).After t test,The concentration of AD7d-NTP in urine of undifferentiated group and paranoid group was higher than that of control group,and the concentration of AD7c-NTP in undifferentiated group was higher than that in paranoid group(P<0.05);in According to Pearson analysis,age,disease course and the concentration of AD7c-NTP in urine of were slightly positively correlated(r=0.32,0.35,P<0.05),MMSE score and the MoCA score was slightly negatively correlated(r=-0.34,0.33,P<0.05).Conclusion There are differences in urinary the concentration of AD7c-NTP in urine of between undifferentiated and paranoid schizophrenics.course of disease,age,MMSE score and MoCA score were the influencing factors of urinary AD7c-NTP concentration.Therefore,the concentration of AD7c-NTP in urine may be a predictor of cognitive deficits in patients with different types of schizophrenia.
