摘要
目的研究免费孕前优生健康检查工作联合护理健康教育在降低出生缺陷发生率方面的作用。方法统计2019年1月至2020年1月到我中心进行免费孕前优生健康检查的500名已婚女性的临床资料。其中250名单纯实施免费孕前优生健康检查为对照组,另外250名实施免费孕前优生检查联合护理健康教育为观察组,比较结果。结果(1)观察组的不良妊娠结局明显低于对照组(2.00%vs.7.60%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)观察组的新生儿出生缺陷率明显低于对照组(0.40%vs.5.20%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过免费孕前优生健康检查联合护理健康教育对孕前检查的对象进行干预可以有效的改善妊娠结局,降低新生儿出生缺陷率,值得推荐。
Objective To study the effect of free pre pregnancy health examination and health education in reducing the incidence of birth defects.Methods The clinical data of 500 married women who had been sent to our center for free pre pregnancy health examination from January 2019 to January 2020 were analyzed.Two hundred and fifty people who simply performed free pre-pregnancy eugenic health check-up were used as the control group,and the other 250 who performed free pre-pregnancy eugenic health check-up combined with nursing health education were the observation group,and the results were compared.Results(1)The adverse pregnancy outcome of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(2.00%vs.7.60%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The birth defect rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(0.40%vs.5.20%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of the subjects before pregnancy can effectively improve the pregnancy outcome and reduce the birth defect rate of the newborn,which is worth recommending.
