摘要
猪伪狂犬病是由猪伪狂犬病病毒(PRV)感染引起,该病感染可引发不同阶段猪群出现严重的临床症状,并导致发病仔猪死亡。PRV可感染多种哺乳动物,如犬、牛和羊等,甚至是人类,伪狂犬病的广泛流行提高了病原与其它易感动物接触的风险,这给我国相关养殖业健康发展造成巨大的威胁,甚至也提高了相关养殖人员感染该病的风险。文章系统总结当前伪狂犬病感染不同动物和人的案例或研究,以提高相关从业人员对该病的认知情况。
Pseudorabies(PR)is caused by pseudorabies virus(PRV)infection,which causes serious clinical symptoms in pigs at different stages and leads to the death of piglets.PRV can infect a variety of mammals,including dogs,cattle and sheep,and even humans.The wide prevalence of PR increases the risk of contact between the pathogen and other susceptible animals,which poses a great threat to the development of China's relevant breeding industry,and even increases the risk of infection of relevant farmers.In this review,we systematically summarize the current cases or studies of PRV infection in different animals and humans,so as to improve the cognition of relevant practitioners.
