摘要
目的:探讨课程思政在急危重症护理学翻转课堂教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年3月1日~7月31日济南市某大学2019级护理专业的全日制统招学生为研究对象,便利抽取两个班159名为实验组,在翻转课堂的基础上融入思政元素;抽取两个班127名为对照组,采用翻转课堂教学模式。4次教学后评估教学效果。结果:实验组期末考试成绩、学习满意度优于对照组(P<0.01),>85%的学生更倾向于在实践中和专业课中学习思想政治理论知识。结论:将课程思政应用于急危重症护理学翻转课堂教学模式中,有利于提高学生学习成绩和学生满意度,促进教与学的有机统一。
Objective:To explore the application effect of ideological and political courses in flipped classroom teaching of acute and critical nursing.Methods:Junior college students majored in nursing during March 1 to July 31,2021 were selected as the research objects,two classes were conveniently selected as the experimental group with 159 students,integrated ideological and political elementsinto the flipped classroom;whereas the other two classes,127 students only adopted flipped classroom model.Evaluation was made on the teaching effect after 4 times of teaching.Results:The academic performance and satisfaction in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.01).More than 85%of students preferred to learn ideological and political theory knowledge in practice and professional courses.Conclusion:The application of curriculum ideology and politics in the flipped classroom teaching model of acute and critical nursing can benefit the improvement of the students'academic performance and satisfaction level,and promote the organic integration of teaching and learning.
