摘要
长久以来电离辐射被当作"再微量也有风险"的因素而被人们所担忧。研究显示:当生物组织接受200 mGy以下的低剂量电离辐射时,可诱导正常组织产生适应性保护反应,进而对后续的高剂量电离辐射产生耐受,从而降低其导致的各种损伤。就低剂量/低剂量率电离辐射对正常组织保护作用的研究现状和生物学机制等方面的研究进展进行综述,为放射性损伤的预防和诊治提供新的科学依据。
Ionizing radiation has long been a concern as a risk factor even at small doses.However,studies have shown that when biological tissues are exposed to low doses of ionizing radiation below 200 mGy,an adaptive protective response can be induced in normal tissues,leading to tolerate to subsequent higher doses of ionizing radiation.This paper reviews the current research progress on the protective effects of low-dose/low-dose-rate ionizing radiation on normal tissues and the biological mechanism,with a view to providing new scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of radiation injury.
