摘要 本文通过改善仓房气密性、规范熏蒸操作、优化杀虫时机和及时评价药剂效果等方面进行了改进试验,验证了磷化氢有效浓度保持时间直接影响杀虫效果的结论。试验发现聚乙烯薄膜四周密闭仓房的方法可以显著提升仓房气密性,显著延长磷化氢气体有效浓度保持时间;两种环流方式对熏蒸效果影响不显著。 In this paper,improvement experiments were carried out by improving the air tightness of the warehouse,standardizing the fumigation operation,optimizing the insecticidal timing,and evaluating the effect of the pesticide in time,and verified the conclusion that the effective concentration of phosphine retention time directly affects the insecticidal effect.The experiment found that the method of sealing the warehouse around the polyethylene film can significantly improve the air tightness of the warehouse and significantly extend the retention time of the effective concentration of phosphine gas;the two circulation methods have no significant effect on the fumigation effect.
