摘要
通过盆栽试验,并施用以纤维素为载体的微生物菌肥,通过测定土壤中有效氮、磷的变化及玉米茎高、茎粗、根长、叶宽、叶绿素含量等农艺性状指标,分析该微生物菌肥对植物的促生效果。结果表明:加入纤维素载体的土壤有效氮磷含量分别比原样土分别增加175%和311%;加入纤维素载体菌肥的植株与不加载体菌肥的植株相比,茎高增加3.52%,茎粗增加19.65%,根长增加11.94%,叶宽扩大22.70%,叶绿素含量增加17.37%。以纤维素为载体的混合微生物菌肥可以显著提高土壤中植物需要的营养素含量,并对玉米的生长起到明显促进作用。
Through pot experiment and application of cellulose-based microbial fertilizer,the changes of available nitrogen and phosphorus in the soil were analyzed,and the agronomic traits such as stem height stem diameter,root length,leaf width and chlorophyll content of maize were measured to analyze the effect of the microbial fertilizer on promoting plant growth.The results showed that the contents of available N and P in the soil with cellulose carrier were increased by 175%and 311%,respectively,compared with the original soil.Compared with the plants without cellulose-carrier fertilizer,the stem height,stem diameter,leaf width,root length and chlorophyll content of the plants added with cellulose-carrier fertilizer were increased by 3.52%,19.65%22.70%,11.94%and 17.37%,respectively.The mixed microbial fertilizer with cellulose as carrier could significantly increase the nutrient content in the soil and promote the growth of maize.
