摘要
利用湿法纺丝法制备了高弹性热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)纤维;然后浸涂水性聚氨酯(WPU)作为黏结层,改善了TPU和液态金属(LM)间的浸润性,并在预牵伸状态下涂覆LM,以提高纤维的电阻稳定性;最后利用浸涂法将LM层封装在WPU涂层中,得到复合弹性导电纤维。测试结果表明:WPU可显著改善纤维与LM间的浸润性,接触角由初始的127.9°降低至75.2°;在200%预牵伸状态下涂覆LM得到的复合导电纤维,在经历120次拉伸回复循环后,电阻仍保持稳定。
Thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU)fibers with high elasticity are prepared by wet spinning.Then waterborne polyurethane(WPU)is dipped as the bonding layer to improve the wettability between TPU and liquid metal(LM),and LM is coated in the pre-drawing state to improve the resistance stability of the fiber.Finally,LM layer is encapsulated in WPU coating by dip coating method to obtain composite elastic conductive fiber.The results show that the addition of WPU can significantly improve the wettability between the fiber and the liquid metal,contact angle is reduced from the initial 127.9°to 75.2°.The resistance of the composite conductive fiber obtained by coating liquid metal under 200%pre-drawing state remains stable after 120 tensile recovery cycles.
