摘要
睡眠障碍已经成为当前社会比较普遍的问题,而音乐治疗作为一种无不良反应的、能够改善睡眠质量的辅助治疗方式,渐渐受到专家们的认可。研究表明,音乐治疗可以通过放松效应、分散效应和遮掩效应等多种机制改善睡眠质量。此外,在音乐治疗改善睡眠质量的过程中,不同的音乐形式有不同的效果,如巴洛克音乐、古典音乐及轻音乐等的合理应用,可以有效改善睡眠障碍。临床应用显示适当的音乐形式对于提升精神和躯体疾病患者的睡眠质量,均有较好效果。
Sleep disorders have become a common problem in the current society.As an adjuvant treatment method,music therapy can improve sleep quality without side effects,which has gradually been accepted.Studies have shown that music therapy can improve sleep quality by various mechanisms such as relaxation,distraction and masking effects.In addition,different forms of music have different influences on improving the quality of sleep.For example,the reasonable application of baroque music,classical music and light music can effectively treat sleep disorders.Clinical applications have shown that appropriate music forms have a good effect on improving the sleep quality of patients with mental and physical diseases.
