摘要
目的探讨正清风痛宁缓释片对原发性骨质疏松性骨折的骨代谢影响。方法在2018年10月至2019年10月宜春市人民医院接诊的所有原发性骨质疏松性骨折患者中选择病历资料完整的60例纳入本研究。其中30例术后接受常规西药治疗者纳入对照组,30例术后加用正清风痛宁缓释片治疗纳入观察组。比较两组患者治疗效果及治疗前后骨密度、骨代谢指标、炎症因子测定值、疼痛评分变化情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的股骨颈、腰椎、Wards三角区骨密度测定值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的骨钙素(BGP)、骨保护素(OPG)、甲状旁腺激素(PTH)、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、25羟维生素D3[25-(OH)D3]测定值均高于对照组,Ⅰ型胶原羧基端肽β特殊序列(β-CTX)、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶5b(TRACP-5b)测定值均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)测定值及疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正清风痛宁缓释片治疗原发性骨质疏松性骨折疗效显著,能够有效改善患者骨代谢、炎症指标和疼痛症状,值得临床推荐。
Objective To investigate the effect of Zhengqing Fengtongning sustained-release tablet on bone metabolism of primary osteoporotic fractures.Methods A total of 60 patients with primary osteoporotic fractures treated in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were divided into two groups using random number table comparison method,with 30 patients in each group.All patients were given successful surgical treatment of external fixation.The control group were treated with conventional western medicine after the operation,and the observation group were treated with Zhengqing Fengtongning sustained-release tablet combined with western medicine.The treatment effect and changes of bone mineral density,bone metabolism indexes,inflammatory factors,and pain scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The bone mineral densities of the femoral neck,lumbar spine and Wards triangle in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The levels of osteocalcin(BGP),osteoprotegerin(OPG),parathyroid hormone(PTH),bone-specific alkaline phosphatase(BALP),25-hydroxyvitamin D3[25-(OH)D3]were higher than those in the control group.The levels of type I collagen carboxyl terminal peptide β special sequence(Β-CTX)and anti-tartrate acid phosphatase 5b(TRACP-5b)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)and pain scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhengqing Fengtongning sustained-release tablet has a significant effect in the treatment of primary osteoporotic fractures.It can effectively improve bone metabolism,inflammation indicators and pain symptoms in patients,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
