摘要
目的探讨自拟促卵汤联合中医外治对排卵障碍性不孕的治疗效果。方法前瞻性研究2019年6月至2020年6月收治的40例排卵障碍性不孕患者,根据患者意愿分为中医组15例和西医组25例,中医组予自拟促卵汤联合拔罐、耳穴治疗;西医组予来曲唑联合HCG针治疗。比较治疗3个月经周期后两组最大卵泡直径、子宫内膜厚度、妊娠率。结果两组治疗后的最大卵泡直径、子宫内膜厚度均较治疗前改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);西医组最大卵泡直径大于中医组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);中医组子宫内膜厚度高于西医组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);西医组妊娠率高于中医组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自拟促卵汤联合中医外治能有效改善排卵障碍不孕患者最大卵泡直径、子宫内膜厚度、妊娠率,可作为临床治疗排卵障碍的有效手段之一。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of self-made Culuan Decoction combined with external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on ovulation dysfunction infertility.Methods A total of Forty patients with infertility due to ovulation dysfunction were prospectively studied from June 2019 to June 2020.They were divided into 15 cases in the traditional Chinese medicine group and 25 cases in the western medicine group according to the wishes of the patients.The traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with self-made Culuan Decoction combined with cupping and auricular points.The western medicine group was treated with letrozole combined with HCG acupuncture.The maximum follicle diameter,endometrial thickness,and pregnancy rate of the two groups after treatment for three menstrual cycles were compared.Results After treatment,the maximum follicle diameter and endometrial thickness of the two groups were improved,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The maximum follicle diameter of the western medicine group was larger than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The endometrial thickness of the uterus in the traditional Chinese medicine group was better than that of the western medicine group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The pregnancy rate of the western medicine group was higher than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Self-made Culuan Decoction combined with external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the maximum follicular diameter,endometrial thickness,and pregnancy rate of infertile patients with ovulation disorders,and can be used as one of the effective methods for clinical treatment of ovulation disorders.
