摘要
文中基于项目组历时4年的一线深入调查,结合云南省怒江州州情,应用SWOT方法分析怒江州林业脱贫攻坚成果巩固的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁,有针对性地提出稳定政策支持体系、优化林业产业结构、引导多方参与林业产业发展、加强林业人才队伍建设4项对策建议,为巩固林业脱贫成果和有效衔接乡村振兴提供策略选择和智力支持。
Based on four years of in-depth investigation,combined with the actual situation of Nujiang Prefecture,the paper applies SWOT analysis to study the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of forestry poverty alleviation in Nujiang Prefecture.The paper puts forward 4 countermeasures and suggestions,such as stabilizing policy support system,optimizing the structure of forestry industry,guiding multiple parties to participate in the development of forestry industry,strengthening the construction of forestry talent team.The paper is expected to provide strategic choice and intellectual support for forestry to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation and effectively link up Rural Revitalization Policy.
