摘要
针对中俄东线高钢级大直径天然气管道的建设情况,通过对标国内外管道标准,分析对比了国内外标准在X80高钢级钢管的制作与检验、大直径钢管配套低温(-45℃)用管材管件、全自动焊等三方面的相关规定。通过对比发现,在X80钢级钢管的制作与检验方面,中石油标准相比国标具有一定的先进性;在大直径钢管配套用三通的设计、测试与检验方面,技术要求均高于美国标准;在全自动焊接技术要求中,国内外标准对于焊缝工艺、质量检测中的工艺评定、质量检测等方面差异较小。分析表明,国外标准有值得借鉴的地方,同时我国标准的技术水平也在不断提高,建议充分吸收先进做法,提升现有标准水平。
In view of the construction of high-grade and large-diameter natural gas pipeline on the China-Russia Eastern Natural Gas Pipeline,by comparing the domestic and foreign pipeline standards,the relevant rules of domestic and foreign standards in the production and inspection of X80 high-grade steel pipe,supporting pipes and fittings for low temperature(-45℃)and automatic welding of large-diameter steel pipe are analyzed and compared.Through comparison,it is found that the standard of PetroChina is more advanced compared with the international standard in the aspect of manufacture and test of X80 steel pipes.In terms of design,test and inspection of tee for large diameter steel pipe,the technical requirements are higher than those of American standards.In the requirements of automatic welding technology,there is little difference between domestic and foreign standards in weld process,process evaluation and quality inspection.The analysis shows that foreign standards are advanced,but the technical level of domestic standards is also improving.It is suggested to fully absorb advanced practices and improve the level of existing standards.
