摘要
为明确益蝽Picromerus lewisi(Scott)对斜纹夜蛾Spodoptera litura(Fabricius)的控害潜力,室内条件下测试了益蝽3~5龄若虫及雌、雄成虫对斜纹夜蛾3龄幼虫的捕食功能反应。结果表明:益蝽对斜纹夜蛾3龄幼虫的捕食功能反应均符合Holling-Ⅱ模型,理论最大捕食量分别为4.6头、6.4头、7.8头、11.4头和9.3头;瞬时攻击率分别为0.1888、0.2340、0.2834、0.3794和0.2828;猎物处理时间分别为0.2182 d、0.1562 d、0.1287 d、0.0875 d和0.1081 d。益蝽的搜寻效应值随斜纹夜蛾密度增大而减小,同一猎物密度下,益蝽的搜寻效应由大到小依次为雌成虫>雄成虫>5龄若虫>4龄若虫>3龄若虫,雌成虫对斜纹夜蛾的捕食能力最强。研究表明益蝽若虫及雌、雄成虫对斜纹夜蛾幼虫具有较好捕食能力。本研究为益蝽的捕食能力评价提供了理论基础。
In order to clarify the pest control potential of Picromerus lewisi against Spodoptera litura,the predatory function of the 3^(rd) to 5^(th) instar nymphs,female and male adults of Picromerus lewisi against the 3^(rd) instar larvae of Spodoptera litura was studied under indoor conditions.The results showed that the predatory function response of Picromerus lewisi to the 3^(rd) instar larvae of Spodoptera litura conformed to the Holling-Ⅱmodel.The theoretical maximum predation was 4.6,6.4,7.8,11.4 and 9.3,respectively.The instantaneous attack rate was 0.1888,0.2340,0.2834,0.3794 and 0.2828.The prey treatment time was 0.2182 d,0.1562 d,0.1287 d,0.0875 d and 0.1081 d,respectively.The hunting effect value of Picromerus lewisi decreased with the increase of the density of Spodoptera litura.Under the same prey density,the hunting effect of Picromerus lewisi was female adult>male adult>5 th instar nymph>4 th instar nymph>3 rd instar nymph,and female adults had the strongest predatory ability on the Spodoptera litura.In words,the nymphs,female and male adults of Picromerus lewisi had good predation ability to the 3 rd larvae of Spodoptera litura.This study provides a theoretical basis for the control of Spodoptera litura.
