摘要
文章对后疫情时代地方院校制药工程专业顺应国家中医药发展战略需求、地方医药制造产业及大健康产业经济发展需求进行特色应用型专业建设和人才培养模式构建进行探讨。文章从专业培养目标以医药制造业为核心,向大健康产业应用方向上进行拓展。加快特色应用型专业转型发展,构建应用型课程体系建设。建立多维度资源整合的协同创新育人途径,拓宽教育教学新的思路。积极参加“赛学创”“产学研”竞赛,不断优化和完善人才培养模式。提高教学质量和教学水平,加强实践性应用教学改革,提高解决复杂工程问题的能力和素质等方面对人才培养模式进行再思考。文章通过对后疫情时代制药工程特色专业人才培养模式的新思考,旨在能为地方院校制药类专业特色建设提供一定的理论借鉴。
Construction of characteristic applied major and talent cultivation model for the adaptation of requirements of national Traditional Chinese Medicine development strategy,economic development needs of local pharmaceutical manufacturing and the big health industries were discussed in the post-epidemic era in the study.New viewpoints of five different fractions about talent cultivation model were discussed in the paper.Professional training objectives took pharmaceutical manufacturing as the core and expanded around the application of big health industry.The transformation and development of characteristic applied majors was strengthened,and applied curriculum system was also constructed.Collaborative education path of innovation and entrepreneurs with multi-dimensional resource integration was established,which broadened new ideas of education and teaching.Talents training of talents cultivation model was continuously optimized and improved through the competitions of contest-learning-innovation and industry-university-research cooperation.Both the improvement of teaching quality and level and the reform of practical application teaching were strengthened,which would improve the ability and quality of solving complex engineering problems.New viewpoints on the talents cultivation model of pharmaceutical engineering in the post-epidemic era in the paper,which would provide some theoretical reference for the construction of pharmaceutical engineering characteristic specialty in local universities.
