摘要
党的领导法治化体现了中国法治与政治的内在统一逻辑,是推动当代中国走向全面现代化的重要标志。运用CNKI自身功能对中国学术期刊网络出版总库中的189篇关于党的领导法治化文献进行分析可以发现,"党的领导"法理内涵、加强党的领导视域下党依法执政、党领导法治国家建设以及相关党内法规研究四个方面是党的领导法治化的研究热点。根据所得问题,未来该主题的研究需以突出党的领导法治化的史论研究、加强党的领导法治化的跨学科研究、体现党的领导法治化理论与实践融合的研究三个方面为重点,从而回答时代之问。
The legalization of the party’s leadership embodies the internal logic of China’s rule of law and politics,and is an important symbol to promote the modernization of contemporary China.By using the function of CNKI,this paper analyzes 189 articles about the legalization of the party’s leadership in the network publishing database of Chinese academic journals.It can be found that the legal connotation of"the party’s leadership",the party’s ruling by law from the perspective of strengthening the party’s leadership,the construction of a country ruled by law under the leadership of the party,and the relevant laws and regulations within the party are the research hotspots of the legalization of the party’s leadership.In the future,the research on this topic should focus on the practical difficulties,overcome the major problems that need to be solved in the current theoretical circle,broaden the research field of disciplines,and provide different analysis perspectives for the development of"the rule of law of the party’s leadership".
