摘要
针对台头煤业2号煤层回采巷道过度支护的问题,采用理论分析、数值模拟等方法对支护方案进行优化,优化后的支护方案为:顶锚杆选用D18 mm×1800 mm的螺纹钢锚杆,巷帮选用D16 mm×1700 mm的螺纹钢锚杆,间排距为1200 mm×1200 mm,并在2S202-1工作面回采巷道进行工业性试验。现场监测结果表明:锚杆轴力最大值为46.78 kN,远小于巷道支护所使用锚杆的拉拔力60 kN,锚杆无失效风险,顶底板最大移近量仅为76 mm,顶板最大离层量仅为21 mm,两帮最大变形量仅为41 mm,巷道整体变形量较小,完全可以满足矿井的安全生产需求,而且优化后的支护方案与原有支护方案相比,每100 m工程量可节省约8000元,经济效益显著。
Aiming at the problem of excessive support of the No.2 coal seam mining roadway in Taitou Coal Mine,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and other methods are used to optimize the support plan.The optimized support plan is:D18 mm×1800 mm rebar bolts are used for the top bolts,and D16 mm×1700 mm rebar bolts are used for the road side,with a row spacing of 1200 mm×1200 mm,and field tests were carried out on the 2S202-1 mining roadway.The on-site monitoring results show that the maximum axial force of the bolt is 46.78 kN,which is much smaller than the pulling force of the bolt used in roadway support of 60 kN.There is no risk of failure of the bolt.The maximum moving distance of the roof and floor is 76 mm,and the maximum separation of the roof is21 mm,the maximum deformation of the two sides is 41 mm,and the deformation of the roadway is small,which can meet the safety production needs of the mine.Moreover,compared with the original support plan,the optimized support plan can save about 8000 yuan per 100 m project,and the economic benefits are significant.
