基于自然解决方案的流域生态修复成效评估研究 被引量:8

Evaluation of Watershed Ecological Rehabilitation Based on the Perspective of Natural-based Solutions

摘要 针对流域系统治理、可持续发展的理念提出评估流域生态修复实施效果的概念框架,是以生态系统发展阶段特征、微栖息地地貌环境和现行生态保护法规为着眼点,结合河湖健康评价方法,将自然属性、社会投入和生态响应综合考虑,定量评估经济社会活动影响下的水生态系统演变态势。评估过程中,选取敏感水生生物指示物种鱼类对河流生态系统健康进行实时监测,综合运用数据分析、深度学习等手段开展大型脊椎动物特性的量化研究。借助河湖水质综合评价模型,依托适应性管理策略,对生态风险评估的方法和过程进行识别。借助环境可持续性指数以能值三角形为表征方法,对修复后的流域水生态多样性状况进行判定。提出的基于自然解决方案的流域生态修复成效评估方法可对不同治理及修复水平下的流域生态健康状况进行综合评估,为检验河湖生态系统的自然化修复效果提供方法参考。 To achieve watershed integrated management and sustainable development,a conceptual model for evaluating the implementation effects of watershed ecological restoration was proposed.This model was based on the characteristics of the succession series of the ecosystem,the micro-habitat landform characteristics and the current ecological protection legal framework,which could quantitatively assess the change trend of the water ecosystem under the effect of socio-economic activities.Combining with river health evaluation methods,and considering the natural attributes,social input,and ecological response,the assessment of ecological security and analysis of influencing factors could be given based on model computations.During the assessment process,sensitive aquatic biological indicators can realize the standardization of pollutant generation,migration,and transformation processes and biodiversity monitoring methods.Select indicator species fish to monitor and manage the river ecosystem,comprehensively use data analysis,deep learning and other methods could carry out quantitative research on the characteristics of macroinvertebrates.A comprehensive model for evaluating the water quality of rivers was given.Based on the principles of adaptive management,the methods and processes of ecological risk assessment(ERA)were identified.With the help of the environmental sustainability index and the emery triangle as the characterization method,the water ecological adaptability of the restored watershed was evaluated.The method for evaluating the effectiveness of river basin ecological restoration proposed could comprehensively evaluate the ecological health of watershed under different governance and restoration levels.The paper provided technical support can help to realize the naturalization of river and lake ecosystems.
