摘要 按照中国船级社《基于谱分析的船体结构疲劳强度评估指南》的要求,针对薄膜型LNG船疲劳谱分析存在舱内载荷计算困难、计算工况数量多、谱分析过程复杂等问题,开发软件系统,实现舱内载荷计算和自动施加、多工况分批提交、应力计算、网格细化,以及疲劳谱分析的自动化,实船算例验证表明,该系统具有可靠性和准确性,可以在工程设计中使用。 In light of the requirements of china classification society“Guidelines for Fatigue Strength Evaluation of Ship Structures Based on Spectral Analysis”,a software was developed to solve the problems in fatigue spectrum analysis of membrane LNG carrier,such as difficult calculation in the liquid tank,large number of load cases,and complex process of the spectrum analysis,etc.This software can realize automatic calculation and application of tank loads,multi-condition batch submission,stress calculation,mesh refinement and automatic fatigue spectrum analysis.The validity and accuracy of the calculation results of the system were verified by the example test,showing that the software can be used in engineering design.
