摘要
人类在进入国家状态之前虽然已经经历数百万年的积累,但仍然只有其中的极少数积累起进入国家的条件,以不同路径迈步进入了国家状态。人类国家起源路径的多样性及早期国家形态的多样性,在很大程度上,也意味着各不相同的早期国家形态各自所对应的政治伦理内容也迥然不同。这种不同在多种关于早期国家诞生的话语中有着清晰的呈现,而各种不同的政治伦理话语内容则既清晰地对应着关于国家诞生的不同路径,也清晰地对应着不同形态的具体早期国家。人类早期国家形成的多元路径、多样的早期国家形态及不同的政治伦理话语之间,存在着一种基于历史必然性的规律性的一一对应关系。
Although mankind has experienced millions of years of accumulations before entering the period of state-based administration, only a few of them had possessed the conditions for entering the states and entered the state administration in different ways under different specific conditions. To a great extent, the diversity of the origin path of the human states and the diversity of the early state forms also means that the political and ethical contents corresponding to the different early state forms were also quite different. This difference is clearly shown in a variety of discourses about the birth of early rising countries, and various political ethics discourses clearly correspond to different paths of the origin of states, and also to different forms of specific early states. There is a regular one-to-one correspondence relationship based on historical inevitability between the multiple paths of the formation of the early states, the various early state forms and different political and ethical discourses.
