摘要
目的研究临床药师干预对2型糖尿病患者合理用药及健康管理的效果。方法应用数字随机分组法将该研究中抽选的88例2型糖尿病患者分为两组,上述患者均为2020年4月—2021年4月期间入院。对照组患者常规执行医嘱,观察组患者给予临床药师干预。对比两组患者的血糖水平变化情况,比较两组患者的不合理用药、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者干预后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均明显较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的用法用量不合理占比、药物选择不合理占比、重复用药占比均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率和对照组相比明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床药师干预应用于2型糖尿病患者中可提升用药合理性,保证健康管理效果,具有进一步推广应用于今后临床中的价值。
Objective To study the effect of clinical pharmacist intervention on rational drug use and health management of patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods The 88 patients with type 2 diabetes selected in this study were divided into two groups using the digital randomization method.The above-mentioned patients were admitted to the hospital from April 2020 to April 2021.The patients in the control group were routinely executed doctor’s orders,and the patients in the observation group were given intervention by clinical pharmacists.The changes in blood glucose levels of the two groups of patients were compared,and the irrational use of drugs and the occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of the observation group after intervention were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the proportion of irrational usage and dosage of patients in the observation group,the proportion of irrational drug selection,and the proportion of repeated medications were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical pharmacist intervention applied to patients with type 2 diabetes can improve the rationality of medication,ensure the effect of health management,and has the value of further promotion and application in clinical practice in the future.
