摘要
结合重点项目《畜禽产品质量安全评价与监控技术应用研究》对宁夏2010—2020年猪禽配合料和牛羊精补料的检测数据进行统计,并对重点养殖阶段和关键营养指标进行分析,如粗蛋白、铜、锌、重金属镉和铅等,通过反馈出的问题做好风险预警避免实际生产中不必要的损失,总结出规律用检测数据更好的指导实践。
Combined with the key project“study on the application of quality and safety evaluation and monitoring technology for livestock and poultry products”,the data of pig and poultry mixture and fine feedstuff for cattle and sheep in Ningxia from 2010 to 2020 were analyzed,the key breeding stages and key nutritional indicators,such as crude protein,copper,zinc,heavy metal cadmium and lead,were analyzed,and risk early warning was made to avoid unnecessary losses in actual production through feedback of the problems,it is concluded that it is better to use the detection data to guide the practice.
