金沙江下游河段水电开发碳汇量估算研究 被引量:2

Study on Estimation of Carbon Sink of Hydropower Development in the Lower Reach of Jinsha River

摘要 以金沙江下游乌东德、白鹤滩、溪洛渡和向家坝4个梯级水电站为研究对象,基于排放因子法、基准线法和森林蓄积量扩展法估算了金沙江下游水电开发的碳汇总量,进一步估算了碳汇的经济价值。结果表明:水域面积增加的碳源效应和植被面积增加的碳汇效应相对有限,碳汇的主要来源是水力发电替代燃煤发电所减少的碳排放量。经估算,各水电站水电开发的碳汇总量为14562.26万t,其中白鹤滩和溪洛渡水电站的碳汇量相对较高,分别为4804.90万t和4396.71万t,其次为乌东德和向家坝水电站,分别为2994.19万t和2366.46万t。按照2020年中国碳排放权交易试点省市碳交易均价数据计算得到的金沙江下游水电开发的碳汇经济价值为30.68亿~130.32亿元,按照全国试点交易均价的计算结果为51.68亿元。 Taking Wudongde,Baihetan,Xiluodu and Xiangjiaba hydropower stations in the lower reaches of Jinsha River as the research object,the total carbon sink of hydropower development in the lower reaches of Jinsha River was estimated based on the emission factor method,base line method and forest stock expansion method,and the economic value of carbon sink was further estimated.The results show:The carbon source effect of the increase of water area and the carbon sink effect of the increase of vegetation area are relatively limited,the main source of carbon sink is the carbon emissions reduced by the replacement of coal-fired power generation by hydropower generation.It is estimated that the total carbon sink of hydropower development of each hydropower station is 145.623 million tons,and the carbon sinks of Baihetan and Xiluodu hydropower stations are relatively high,with 48.049 million tons and 43.9671 million tons respectively,followed by Wudongde and Xiangjiaba hydropower stations with 29.942 million tons and 23.665 million tons respectively.According to the average carbon trading price data of China′s carbon emission trading pilot provinces and cities in 2020,the economic value of carbon sink of hydropower development in the lower reaches of Jinsha River is 3.068 billion~13.032 billion yuan,and the calculation result is 5.168 billion yuan based on the average price of national pilot trading.
