摘要
党的十九大报告明确提出实施乡村振兴战略,而随着农村青年劳动力的大量外流,农村空心化问题日渐突出,农村青年人才持续流失、农业产业难以为继和乡村文化无人继承等诸多问题日益显现,给乡村振兴战略的实施带来了挑战。如何解决当前农村空心化的一系列问题,把人才吸引到乡村振兴的事业中来,是实施乡村振兴战略必须重视的现实问题。人才振兴是实施乡村振兴战略的有力保障,治理农村空心化,既要引进人才,也要留住人才,需从政策、产业、人才培育和环境优化等多方面入手。
The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward the strategy of Rural Revitalization.With the decrease of rural youth labor force,the problem of rural hollowing out is becoming increasingly prominent.There are many problems,such as the continuous loss of rural young talents,the unsustainable agricultural industry and the lack of inheritance of rural culture.How to solve a series of problems of rural hollowing?How to attract talents to the cause of Rural Revitalization?This is the implementation of Rural Revitalization strategy must pay attention to.Talent is the guarantee of vitalizing rural economy.In order to control the hollowing out of rural areas,we should not only introduce talents,but also retain them,which needs to start with policies,industries,talent cultivation and environmental optimization.
