摘要
目的研究基于结果导向的护理在卵圆孔未闭封堵术中的应用效果及预后影响。方法选择2017年1月—2019年4月于本院接受卵圆孔未闭封堵术治疗的85例患者作为研究对象,以随机数表法分成为导向组(41例)和对照组(44例)两组。对照组开展常规护理,导向组则开展基于结果导向的护理。比较两组手术时间、穿刺时间、呼叫护士次数,并发症发生情况,术后随访1年的不良事件发生情况,护理前后心理状态变化,总体满意度情况。结果导向组手术时间、穿刺时间均短于对照组,且呼叫护士次数少于对照组(均P<0.05)。相较于对照组而言,导向组的并发症总发生率更低(均P<0.05)。相较于对照组而言,导向组术后3个月的生活质量更高(均P<0.05)。导向组护理后的各项心理状态评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。相较于对照组而言,导向组的总体满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论基于结果导向的护理应用于卵圆孔未闭封堵术中的效果显著,有利于改善患者的心理状态、满意度以及预后。
Objective To study the application effect of results-oriented nursing in closure of patent foramen ovale and its influence on prognosis.Methods Eighty-five patients who received patent foramen ovale closure in our hospital from January 2017 to April 2019 were included in the study.According to random number table method,they were divided into guide group(41 cases)and control group(44 cases).The control group received routine care,while the guidance group received results-oriented care.Operation time,puncture time,number of nurse calls,incidence of complications,adverse events in postoperative follow-up for 1 year,changes in psychological state before and after nursing,and overall satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and puncture time of the guidance group were shorter than that of the control group,and the number of calling nurses was less than that of the control group(all P<0.05).The overall incidence of complications in the guided groupwas lower than the control group(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the guided group had a higher quality of life 3 months after surgery(all P<0.05).The psychological state scores of the guided group were lower than those of the control group after nursing(all P<0.05).The guided group had higheroverall satisfactioncompared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Results-oriented nursing presents a significant effect in the closure of patent foramen ovale,which is beneficial to improve the psychological state,satisfaction and prognosis of patients.
