CDIO教学联合DOPS评价模式对本科护生外科-手术室整合临床实践效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨CDIO教学联合DOPS评价模式在本科护生外科-手术室整合临床实践中的应用效果。方法选择2019年1月—2020年1月于该院实习的本科护生60名,按照时间先后顺序,将2019年1—6月的护生分为研究组(n=30),将2019年7月—2020年1月的护生分为对照组(n=30),对照组护生予以外科-手术室整合教学法,研究组护生在此基础上予以CDIO教学联合DOPS评价模式,比较两组护生的护理核心能力及教学满意度。结果研究组护生注册护士核心能力量表(CIRN)中批判性思维及科幻能力(CR)、临床护理能力(CC)、领导能力(LD)、人际关系能力(IR)、法律与伦理实践能力(LE)、专业发展能力(PD)、教育咨询能力(TC)评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护生的DOPS评价量表各条目得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护生CEQ问卷各条目得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在本科护生外科-手术室整合临床实践中应用CDIO教学联合DOPS评价模式,可有效提高本科护生的临床实践教学质量,增强其护理核心能力,提高护生对教学的满意度。 Objective To explore the application effect of CDIO teaching combined with DOPS evaluation model in the integrated clinical practice of undergraduate nursing students in surgery and operating room.Methods A total of 60 undergraduate nursing students who were interned in the school from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected.According to the chronological order,the nursing students from January to June 2019 were divided into study group(n=30),the nursing students from July 2019 to January 2020 were divided into a control group(n=30).The nursing students in the control group were given the integrated surgery-operating room teaching method;on this basis,the nursing students in the study group were evaluated by CDIO teaching combined with DOPS Model to compare the core nursing abilities and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of nursing students.Results The critical thinking and science fiction ability(CR),clinical nursing ability(CC),leadership ability(LD),interpersonal relationship ability(IR),legal and ethical practice ability(LE),professional development ability(PD),and educational consulting ability(TC)in the core competency scale(CIRN)of nursing students in the study group were all higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of each item of the DOPS evaluation scale of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of each item in the CEQ questionnaire of nursing students in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CDIO teaching combined with DOPS evaluation mode in the integrated clinical practice of undergraduate nursing students in surgery-operating room can effectively improve the quality of clinical practice teaching of undergraduate nursing students,enhance their core nursing skills,and improve nursing students’satisfaction with teaching.
