摘要
传统教学理念已经不能满足人才培育的需求。为了更好地培育创造型人才,就必须实施教师为主导、学生为主体的双主体互动教学模式。文章对双主体教学模式的动力进行探索,对传统学生观进行反思,探讨为更好地实施双主体互动教学,学生主体性作用的发挥途径,力图使师生在知识与能力方面教学相长,培养有扎实知识、有鉴赏能力、分析能力和创造能力的人才。
Traditional education only emphasizes that students are the object of education and neglects that students are the main body of education and the subject of self-development.The traditional teaching idea can not meet the needs of talent cultivation.In order to cultivate creative talents better,we must implement the interactive teaching mode of teachers and students as the main body.This paper explores the motivation of the mode of double-subject teaching,rethinks the traditional student view,discusses the ways to play the role of students'subjectivity in order to better implement the interaction teaching of two subjects,and tries to make teachers and students learn better in knowledge and ability,and cultivate talents with solid knowledge,appreciation,analysis and creativity.
