摘要
文章分析了在高校日常的档案管理工作中,高校领导普遍缺乏对档案管理工作的重视;高校档案管理体系较为落后,档案管理制度有待完善;档案管理人员缺乏专业素养;档案管理信息化水平、工作效率明显低下等相关问题。针对以上问题,有针对性地给予了相应的解决对策。通过积极转变高校领导观念,让其重视档案管理工作;创建完善的档案管理制度;结合专业化的理论知识与实操技能培训,综合提升档案管理人员的专业素养;创建信息化档案服务,提高档案管理工作效率,从而进一步加快高校档案管理工作前进的步伐。
This paper analyzes the problems in the daily archives management work of colleges and universities,and finds that college leaders generally lack attention to archives management work.The archives management system of colleges and universities is backward and needs to be improved.Archives management information level and work efficiency are obviously low.In view of the above problems,the corresponding solutions are given.By actively changing the idea of university leaders,let them pay attention to archives management;To establish a sound archives management system;Combining professional theoretical knowledge and practical operation skills training,comprehensively improve the professional quality of archives management personnel;Establish information archives service,improve the efficiency of archives management,so as to further speed up the pace of archives management in colleges and universities.
