摘要
在"新工科"和"农业农村现代化"的背景下,产学合作育人不仅是建设创新型国家的迫切需求,同时也是农林类高校培养人才的必经之路。联合知名企业,积极开展农业机械及其自动化专业产学合作育人模式探索,在人才培养目标、师资队伍建设、育人基地构建、校企合作课程打造等方面进行了创新,推进了农业机械及其自动化专业产学合作育人建设新工科模式上的探索。
With the emerging of new engineering education and the modernization of agricultural and rural areas,industry-university cooperation education is not only an urgent need to construct an innovative country,but also the only way for agricultural and forestry colleges to cultivate talents.Cooperating with well-known enterprises,universities make great efforts to explore the mode of industry-university cooperation education in the field of agricultural mechanization and automation.In the context,innovations can be made ranging from the goal of cultivating talents,to the development of teaching team,to the construction of education base,to the design of university-enterprise cooperation courses,etc.,which can accelerate the process to explore the mode of industry-university cooperation education in the field of agricultural mechanization and automation.
