摘要
湿地生态系统服务功能价值评估对促进湿地资源保护和可持续发展具有重要意义。本文以腾冲北海湿地为研究对象,将环境价值、社会价值、生态价值以及经济价值四类生态系统服务价值划分为休闲娱乐、水分调节等17项评价指标,采用市场价值法、影子工程法等方法,对各项生态系统服务价值进行货币化估算。结果表明:1)2020年腾冲北海湿地生态系统服务功能价值丰富,约为10.86亿元,在促进生态安全及经济发展方面发挥着重要作用。2)四类生态系统服务功能价值中环境价值最大,占总价值的63.16%。17类评价指标中休闲娱乐价值占比最大,占总价值的34.16%。3)腾冲北海湿地休闲娱乐价值的实现为湿地生态系统服务功能价值的实现提供了参考,应通过优化生态产品设计拓展生态产品价值实现路径。本文量化腾冲北海湿地生态系统在社会经济和生态环境方面的功能价值,可以为当地湿地生态系统的经营管理提供决策依据。
Evaluation of wetland ecosystem service function is of great significance for promoting wetland resource protection and sustainable development.Taking the Beihai Wetland in Tengchong as the research object,the ecosystem service function values of four categories,including environmental value,social value,ecological value and economic value,were divided into 17 evaluation indexes,such as recreation value,water regulation value,etc.,and the market value method,shadow engineering method and other methods were used to conduct the monetary estimation of the ecosystem service function values.The results show as follows:1)Tengchong Beihai Wetland ecosystem service function values are rich in 2020,about 1.086 billion yuan,and plays an important role in promoting ecological security and economic development.2)Among the four types of ecosystem service function values,environmental value is largest,accounting for 63.16%of the total value.Among the 17 types of evaluation indexes,recreation value accounts for the largest proportion,about 34.16%.3)The realization of recreation value of Tengchong Beihai Wetland provides a reference for the realization of wetland ecosystem service function values.The realization path of ecological product value should be expanded by optimizing ecological product design,and the realization degree of ecological product value should be improved to promote the transformation from"lucid waters and lush mountains"to"invaluable assets".Quantifying the values of Tengchong Beihai Wetland ecosystem service function in terms of society,economy,ecology and environment can provide decision-making basis for the management of the local wetland ecosystem.
