摘要
目的:探究体外冲击波碎石机用于双侧输尿管结石患者的治疗效果及并发症的预防和效果。方法:纳入2020年2月~2021年2月本院收治的双侧输尿管结石患者100例为观察对象,分为两组,各50例。对照组,接受两次体外冲击波体外碎石后,进行手术治疗;另一组为观察组给予一次体外冲击波碎石后进行手术治疗。对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较分析。结果:观察组患者的治疗有效率及并发症发生率均优于对照组患者,P<0.05,存在统计学意义。结论:在治疗双侧输尿管结石患者中,将一次体外冲击波碎石机进行应用,并尽早给予患者手术取石,其效果显著,可减少患者的损伤,降低患者术后并发症发生率。
Objective:To explore the effect of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy on the treatment of patients with bilateral ureteral calculi,and the methods and effects of preventing complications.Methods:100 patients with bilateral ureteral calculi treated in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The control group received extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy twice and underwent surgical treatment;The other group was the observation group,which was treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The treatment efficiency and complication rate of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with bilateral ureteral calculi,applying an extracorporeal shock wave lithotripter and giving the patient an operation stone as soon as possible has a significant effect,which can reduce the patient’s injury and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
