摘要
国民经济的不断发展促进了人们消费水平的转型升级,面临不断变化的市场需求,餐饮业如何提高服务管理水平、加大创新力度,已经成为其保持竞争力、扩大经营效益的重要研究课题。作者以海底捞为例,探讨消费升级背景下影响餐饮服务管理创新的主要因素,并提出相关对策,以促进我国餐饮行业的健康持续发展。
The continuous development of the national economy has promoted the transformation and upgrading of people's consumption level.Facing the ever-changing market demand,how to improve the service management level and intensify innovation in the catering industry has become an important research topic for maintaining competitiveness and expanding operational efficiency.Taking Haidilao as an example,this paper discusses the main factors affecting the innovation of catering service management under the background of consumption upgrading and proposes relevant countermeasures to promote the healthy and sustainable development of China's catering industry.
