摘要
目的根据国家卫生健康委于2019年5月全面启动的国家三级公立医院绩效考核工作,分析新"国考"55个指标对三级公立医院管理的导向作用。方法以广州某区属三级公立医院为例,分析医院针对"国考"指标对相关管理理念、管理制度及方法的改进。结果该医院2019年国考成绩明显提升,特别是运营指标、可持续发展等指标提升明显。结论三级公立医院应以国家医院绩效考核为导向,促进医院精细化管理,推动医院的可持续高质量发展。
Objective To analyze the guiding role of 55 indicators of the new "national examination" in the management of tertiary public hospitals according to the performance appraisal policy for national tertiary public hospitals formulated and launched by the National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China in May 2019.Methods Taking a district tertiary public hospital in Guangzhou as an example,the improvement degree of relevant management concepts,management systems and methods were analyzed in accordance with the "national examination" indicators.Results The scores of the "national examination" of this hospital in 2019 were significantly improved,especially in the aspects of indexes for hospital operation and sustainable development.Conclusion The national tertiary public hospitals should take the national hospital performance appraisal system as guidelines so as to facilitate fine management of hospitals and push high-quality hospital development.
